Description

MAGBASE is a magnetic base station or magnetic reference station used in magnetic surveys to provide a real-time environmental magnetic field reference. This device is essential for correcting and correcting magnetic data collected by mobile sensors (e.g., drone magnetometers like the MagDrone R4 3.0) or other systems so that the results are more accurate and free from the effects of temporal variations in the magnetic field.

MAGBASE serves as a fixed magnetic reference station on-site to continuously monitor these field changes. This reference data is used to correct survey data to prevent temporal variations from being included in the final data.
